Nick is a certified Advanced Instructor with the Oxygen Advantage®, having completed over 120 hours of focused training and personal mentorship under world-renowned breathing expert Patrick McKeown.
This comprehensive program goes far beyond breathing techniques—it is grounded in the science of functional breathing, including the biochemical, biomechanical, and psychophysiological dimensions of respiration. Through this training, I’ve gained the tools to assess and address dysfunctional breathing patterns and deliver targeted, evidence-based interventions.
My work integrates functional breathing assessments, tailored breathing re-education exercises, and performance-enhancing techniques designed to meet the unique needs of each client—whether they’re navigating health challenges like anxiety, asthma, or sleep disruption, or pursuing elite levels of physical and mental performance in sport.
Being personally mentored by Patrick McKeown was a transformative experience and has given me a solid foundation to deliver this work with both precision and purpose.

Stig, dubbed ‘The Ultimate Superhuman’ by the Discovery Channel, is renowned for his groundbreaking work in the field.
